Senior Accounting Officer (Specialist) - Under the general supervision of the Accounting Administrator I, Supervisor, the Senior Accounting Officer performs the more complex technical and professional accounting duties while maintaining accordance with the Governor's Budget, Department of Finance rules and regulations, California Prompt Payment Act, State Administrative Manual (SAM), and Government Codes utilizing the Financial Information System for California (Fl$Cal). Fair Employment and Housing Consultant III - Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II, the CRD Consultant III Specialist will investigate complaints of unlawful discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and related civil rights violations. The incumbent may also work under the direction of a Sr. CRD Counsel (III, IV or V) who may be acting as lead on a matter. Attorney III - Under the general direction of an Assistant Chief Counsel, the Attorney III supports the Legal Division’s affirmative civil rights enforcement work by representing the Department in litigation brought under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Ralph Civil Rights Act, Unruh Civil Rights Act, and other statutes in the Department’s jurisdiction, and by providing other legal support for the Legal Division’s operation.
